                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                  RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM JESSIE BRASWELL AND LURIE
                  BELL BRASWELL, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                  RW-5-96, NORTH CHAMBERLAIN AVENUE, TRACT NO.
                  15, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO HUNDRED
                  FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Jessie Braswell and Lurie Bell
       Braswell, relative to Contract No. RW-5-96, North Chamberlain
       Avenue, Tract No. 15, for a total consideration of $250.00.
